The Company provides professional resume writing, cover letter, and resume templates. These services and products are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Limitation of Liability

The Company, including its affiliates, licensors, service providers, agents, employees, officers, and directors, shall not be held liable for any kind of damages arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our website, andrejutras.ca, or any linked websites. This includes but is not limited to, damages resulting from personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, profits, business, anticipated savings, use, goodwill, data, and missed deadlines. Such limitations apply whether the damages arise from tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or any other legal theory, and even if the possibility of such damages is foreseeable.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this limitation of liability shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Payments

All orders require full payment upon placement. When you place an order, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately to confirm the availability of sufficient funds or credit. This process includes standard validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. Please note that if your card issuer does not authorize the payment, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver our services. Furthermore, we are not obligated to inform you of the card issuer’s refusal.

In the rare event of a suspected billing error on your credit/debit card, our immediate response will be to issue a full refund. This will be followed by a thorough investigation by us and/or the payment processor to resolve the matter promptly and efficiently.

Complaints

We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and handling any issues promptly. If you have a complaint, we commit to responding to all written correspondence, including complaints, within a maximum of two (2) business days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that your complaints are submitted in writing, either through email or letter mail.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, we are open to and welcome arbitration by a respected and mutually agreed-upon independent third party. This step ensures a fair and unbiased resolution process, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Turnaround Time

Please note that the turnaround times we provide are guidelines and should not be interpreted as guaranteed deadlines.

  1. Project Initiation: After placing your order, we will assign a resume writer to your project within two (2) business days. You will then receive a message from your assigned writer via our platform to schedule a consultation call at a mutually convenient time.
  2. Standard Turnaround Time: Our standard service turnaround is three (3) business days from the day of your consultation call, not from the order date. We begin work on your project only after the consultation call (or online chat) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your requirements. Typically, consultation calls are scheduled for the next business day following your project assignment, though this may vary during peak periods.
  3. Availability for Consultation: Your availability for the consultation call is crucial. Any delays in attending these calls may result in a postponed delivery of your first drafts.
  4. Revision Timeline: We strive to complete any requested revisions within one (1) business day. However, as each client’s needs are unique, the time needed to perfect documents can vary.
  5. Application Deadlines: We are not liable for missed application deadlines. The time required for each client’s project completion varies, and therefore, we recommend engaging our services at least ten (10) business days before any application deadlines. Please note that refunds will not be issued for missed deadlines.

Project Completion

Our commitment is to work with you until you are fully satisfied with the final drafts of your documents, without imposing a time limit. Once you are content with the final product, we request that you officially mark the project as complete on our platform. This step helps us effectively manage our writers’ workload and ensure timely service for all clients.

  1. Automatic Project Closure: Please be aware that due to the high volume of clients we serve, if a project is not marked as complete, our system will automatically close it after fourteen (14) days of inactivity on your part. In such cases, we will consider the last drafts provided as meeting your satisfaction.
  2. Reopening Projects: If you need to reopen a project, this can be done at the discretion of your writer’s manager, subject to the writer’s current workload. However, projects that have been inactive for thirty (30) days or more will not be eligible for reopening. At this point, these projects are deemed complete, provided that the initial drafts have been submitted by your writer.
  3. Client Responsiveness: To ensure a smooth and efficient process, it is crucial for you as the client to provide timely feedback throughout the project.

LinkedIn Profile Development

Our LinkedIn Profile service is designed to enhance your professional online presence. We provide a comprehensive document file that includes a detailed write-up for various sections of a LinkedIn Profile. This file is crafted for easy copying and pasting into your existing LinkedIn profile.

  1. Client’s Security and Confidentiality: As a policy, we do not directly access or create LinkedIn profiles for our clients. This approach is a crucial security measure to safeguard your personal information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  2. Turnaround Time: Following the completion and sign-off of your resume, we aim to deliver your optimized LinkedIn profile within three (3) business days. This timeline ensures a prompt yet thorough enhancement of your online professional persona.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is structured to be fair and transparent, ensuring that our clients understand their options at different stages of the service process:

  1. Before Writing Begins:
    • If you choose to cancel your order before it has begun being written, we will issue a full refund, deducting a 10% fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
  2. During the Draft Stage:
    • Should you decide to cancel while your order is being drafted, please inform us immediately. We will then calculate your refund based on the work completed, at an hourly rate of $50.
  3. After Receiving First Drafts:
    • Once the first drafts of your documents are sent, refunds are not typically issued unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will continue to work on your project until you are completely satisfied.
  4. Missed Deadlines:
    • Please be aware that refunds are not issued for missed deadlines. This applies both to instances where we may exceed our projected turnaround time and situations where clients do not meet reasonable deadlines for providing additional information or documents. Each project is unique, and while we aim to complete first drafts within three (3) business days following your initial consultation, the actual timeline can vary based on individual project needs and client responsiveness.

Resume Size/Length

Our resume packages are designed to create concise, impactful documents and are therefore limited to a maximum of three pages. Based on our professional expertise, we strongly advise that a resume should not exceed three pages, regardless of the amount of work experience. This length is generally sufficient to present your qualifications effectively without overwhelming potential employers.

In exceptional cases, particularly for specialized professions with extensive academic or technical backgrounds, the required document may be more akin to a Curriculum Vitae (CV), which typically encompasses more detailed professional information. If your resume falls into this category and extends beyond three pages, additional charges may apply. This will be discussed and agreed upon before commencing work on your resume.
